Pursuant to Section 511 of the Real Property Tax Law The Town of Potter Assessor hereby gives notice to all owners of real property in the Town of Potter that the preliminary determination of assessed values of real property for the 2026 Assessment roll has been completed. An "Assessment Disclosure Notice" containing the preliminary assessment will be mailed to each owner of property in the taxable, utility and exempt portions of the assessment roll. The assessment disclosure, inventory and valuation information collected during the 2026 reassessment project is available during informal hearings at the Assessor's office, 1226 Phelps Rd., Middlesex during the months of February and March. Appointment will be held by phone only. You may also email your questions. If you would like to schedule an appointment for an informal phone hearing, please call or email the office within 10 days of receiving your notice.
