RFP Construction Management Services HADLEY-LUZERNE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION TO SUBMIT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES Request for Proposals are sought and requested by the Hadley-Luzerne Central School Board of Education, PO BOX 200, 27 Hyland Drive, NY 12846 for “Construction Management Services” for the 2026 Capital Improvement Project and Emergency Projects. Please submit three (3) hard copies and (1) one digital copy of your proposal to: Michelle Taylor, School Business Manager, HLCSD, SMTES, 27 Hyland Drive, PO Box 200, Lake Luzerne, NY 12846.Copies of the Request for Proposal may be obtained by contacting the District Clerk, at 518-696-2378 ext. 1108 or picked up at the same address. Proposals clearly marked “Construction Management Services” will be received until: Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the above address, at which time they will be publicly acknowledged as received. Whether sent by mail or by means of personal delivery, the bidder assumes the responsibility for having his bid in on time at the Business Office or District Clerks Office, Hadley-Luzerne Central School, SMTES, 27 Hyland Drive Lake Luzerne. Any proposal received after the designated time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidder unopened. The Board of Education of the Hadley-Luzerne Central School District reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids and make selection based on what it considers the best interest of the Hadley-Luzerne Central School District.
