NEW WINDSOR, NY 12553 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of New Windsor will hold a Special Town Board Meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at New Windsor Town Hall, 555 Union Ave., New Windsor, New York. The main purpose of the meeting is as follows: * Authorize Supervisor to Execute Short Environmental Assessment Form, Declare Intent to Serve as Lead Agency & Circulate Notice of Intent, Pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for a Permanent Granulated Activated Carbon System at the Butterhill Water Treatment Plant. * Authorize Supervisor to Approve Receipt of Funds & Execute Contract – New York State Office of Children and Family Services Funding Through Orange County Youth Bureau – Summer Camp Program. The location of the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
