Public Hearing Notice TOWN OF RANDOLPH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Randolph, New York, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00PM, in the Court Room at 72 Main Street, Randolph, New York, regarding the application of NED-New Energy Solar for a Special Use Permit to construct and operate a 5.00 MW solar energy system on Sarver Road in the Town of Randolph, on the parcel identified on the Cattaraugus County tax map as Section 79.004, Block 1, Lot 13. Any resident of the Town of Randolph is entitled to be heard upon said application at the public hearing. Copies of the application materials, including the Full Environmental Assessment Form, are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office in Randolph during regular business hours.
