LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 4-120 of the Election Law, that a Village Election will be held in

the following Villages within Washington County Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 between the hours of 12 noon and 9 PM at which time the following offices may be lawfully voted for:

> FORT EDWARD VILLAGE TRUSTEE (4 Year) (Vote for Two)

HUDSON FALLS VILLAGE TRUSTEE (4 Year) (Vote for Two)

WHITEHALL VILLAGE MAYOR 3 YR UNEXPIRED TERM (3 Year) (Vote for One)


Therefore we, the undersigned Commissioners, have here unto fixed our names and official seal of the Board of Elections of the County of Washington, State of New York this 5th day of March, 2026.
