PUBLIC NOTICE




PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT, PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 15-104(3)( c) and 15- 104(4) of the Election Law,




1. The polling place for the General Village Election to be held March 18, 2026 shall be the Village Hall, 111 Elm Street, lower floor, Penn Yan, New York.




2. The polls shall be open for said election on March 18, 2026 between the hours of 12:00 noon and 9:00 P.M.




3. The names and addresses of all those who have been duly nominated for Village Office by Certificate or Petition of nomination duly filed with me, in accordance with Chapter 15 of the Election Law, are as follows:
