NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF BENNINGTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bennington Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Bennington Town Hall, located at 905 Old Alleghany Rd, Bennington, New York 14011, to consider the following:

An application made by David Kut for a 14’ x 24’ addition off a garage requiring an area variance for side setback reduction from the allowed 30’ to 10’. The property is located at 1075 French Rd., Attica, NY, SBL No.: 30.-1-34.13
