Public Hearing Ordinance #2 of 2026 CITY OF AUBURN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, during the regular meeting of the City of Auburn Planning Board beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on Ordinance #2 of 2026 amending Auburn City Code Zoning Chapter 305-28, Cannabis Uses. The proposed amendment would change the permitted hours of operation for New York State adult-use licensed on-site consumption establishments and retail dispensaries within the City of Auburn from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. A copy of Ordinance #2 of 2026 is available on the City’s website at www.AuburnNY.gov or at the Office of the City Clerk, 24 South Street, Auburn, NY 13021.
