PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town Board of the Town of Bedford will hold a Public Hearing onMarch 17, 2026 at 6:10 p.m.at321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York, to consider an Amendment toChapter 110-4 and 110-5 of the Town CodeRegarding Real Property Tax Exemption to Senior Citizens (65 or older) whose income falls below stated thresholds. This exemption was implemented by the Town under §467 of the N.Y. Real Property Tax Law ("RPTL").
A copy of the proposed law is available on the Town Website and in the Office of the Town Clerk during business hours.
