BRASHER PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a meeting of the Brasher Planning Board on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building at 11 Factory Street in Brasher Falls, NY. This meeting is to act on a review for a Special Use Permit for the following: 1. Gregg Villnave to operate a multi-unit apartment complex at their property at 838 St. Highway 11C in the Town of Brasher, New York bearing tax map #35.053-4-24.12. The Special Use Permit is required under Article III, Section 15 Part C of the Town of Brasher Zoning Regulations. This hearing is open to the public, any person or persons wishing to be heard in favor or in opposition of said applications may appear in person or by other representation at said time and place.
