MAYOR OF BUFFALO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BUFFALO Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and Section 3-17 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, a Public Hearing will be held before the Honorable Sean M. Ryan, Mayor of the City of Buffalo, on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room #912, City Hall, 65 Niagara Square, Buffalo, NY 14202, upon the following: Local Law Introductory # 1 (2026) – Article 28 - Budgeting; Taxes &Assessments. A Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in Article 2 of General Municipal Law §3-c." Local Law Introductory # 2 (2026) – A Local Law Amending Article 20-3 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo in relation to Budgeting. Local Law Introductory # 3 (2026) – A Local Law Amending Article 20-1 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo in relation to Budgeting.
