NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE TOWN SEWER DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cairo, Greene County, New York at Town Hall, 512 Main Street, Cairo, New York on April 6, 2026 at 7:00 o’clock PM in the evening for the purpose of accepting public comment on the proposed extension of the town sewer district in and for the Town of Cairo. A resolution subject to permissive referendum may be adopted.

Copies of the engineering report and maps of the proposed district are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall.

ALL persons interested in the matters will be heard at such time and place specified.
