VILLAGE OF CLINTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED WATER AND SEWER RENT CHANGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees for the Village of Clinton at Lumbard Hall, 100 North Park Row, Clinton, New York, at a regular meeting thereof on March 11, 2026 at 7:00 pm, pursuant to Section 452(2) of the General Municipal Law entitled "Sewer Rents" and section 168- 141C of the Code of the Village of Clinton, concerning a proposed increase in the base sewer rent/charge as established by section 168-141A (1) of the Village Code, effective October 1, 2026. At the same time and place, the Village Board of Trustees will also solicit comments on a proposed increase in the base water rent/charges pursuant to section 244-21 of the Code of Village of Clinton, effective October 1, 2026. Finally, the Village Board of Trustees will also solicit comments on a proposed increase to both the base Water Readiness to Serve Rate and base Sewer Readiness to Serve Rate, effective October 1, 2026. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on said proposed sewer and water rents/charges. A copy of the proposed revised sewer rent/charge and the schedule of water charges is on file in the office of the Village Clerk for the Village of Clinton. A copy can be viewed on the Village website (https://villageclinton.digitaltowpathny.gov/) or requested via e-mail or in writing at the aforementioned address.
