SCHOHARIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Cobleskill will hold a public hearing on the proposed Frank J Gitto subdivision, tax map # 57.-1-7.122 - Zone: RR, Ag District #3, – 112 Mountain Meadows Lane, Cobleskill, in the Town of Cobleskill. Said hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, in the Village Building, located at 378 Mineral Springs Rd., Cobleskill, NY at 7:00 pm. The proposed map will be available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours. Persons wishing to be heard with regard to the subdivision should appear or submit written statements to the Planning Board concerning this matter, on or before the date scheduled for the public hearing.
