Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FOR THE TOWN OF COLLINS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Bellanti Manor, LLC, 2133 Flavia Lane, Lot 26, Collins, NY 14034 for a variance from Town of Collins Municipal Code Section 305 (8) (C) wherein the proposed building location does not meet minimum 40-foot yard depth requirement. A Public Hearing will be held on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 14093 Mill Street, Collins, New York.
