Notice of Public Hearing

The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Minor Subdivision of the property of Jay and RosaLinda Hoag located on Southwest Colony Road and County Route 7 in the Town of Copake.

Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Jessica Sachs & Susan A. Melnyk; Michael & Susan Melnyk; Thomas A. & Krista A. Taylor; Gloria Lyons; Robert & Magnolia Burns; Karen L & Ronald S. Pason; Thomas Murphy; John Meszaros; Richard J. & Mary A. Busch; Stanislaw Tolpa; Maureen McHugh; Phil Gellert; Danny R.
