VILLAGE OF CORINTH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Corinth Board of Trustees on March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Firehouse, located at 16 Saratoga Avenue, Corinth, New York for the purpose of considering the approval of Local Law No. 2 of 2026. Local Law No. 2 of 2026, as proposed, amends Chapter 467 “Vehicles and Traffic” of the Code of the Village of Corinth by amending Section 467-32 to add the mayor and the building inspector/code enforcement officer, as well as their designees, the authority to remove vehicles parked in violation of the Village Code .
