TOWN OF CORNWALL LOCAL LAW TOWN OF CORNWALL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Cornwall, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law Creating The Positions Of Alternate Members To The Town Of Cornwall Planning Board And Zoning Board Of Appeals”. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cornwall on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Cornwall, Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Cornwall, New York to review and consider the aforesaid Introductory Local Law. Any resident of the Town of Cornwall is entitled to be heard concerning the Local Law. A copy of the draft Local Law is available on the Town’s website at www.Cornwallny.gov and is further available for review at Cornwall Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Cornwall, New York. The public is encouraged to submit written comments prior to the public hearing which will be made part of the official record of the proceedings.
