TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE LEGAL NOTICE PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF 2026 A LOCAL LAW EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVALS OF NEW APPLICATIONS REGARDING SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS WITHIN THE TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building located at 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York, concerning the enactment of a Local Law of 2026 entitled, “A Local Law Extending the Temporary Moratorium on Acceptance and Approvals of New Applications Regarding Solar Energy Systems within the Town of Cortlandville”. The text of the proposed Local Law is available for examination at the office of the Town Clerk and is also available online at cortlandville.gov.
