VILLAGE OF DELHI NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 6 OF 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Delhi will hold a public hearing at Village Hall, located at 9 Court St, Delhi, NY on March 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM, to consider the adoption of Local Law No. 6 of 2026. Said proposed Local Law would amend § 276-22 of the Code of the Village of Delhi entitled "Parking in Village Parking Lots" to clarify and establish regulations governing designated permitted parking spaces in the Village parking lot located behind 83 Main St, including eligibility requirements, permit conditions, enforcement provisions, and penalties. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during regular business hours. All persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
