Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Town of Verona Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday April 13th, 2026 at 7:15 PM in the Court Room at the Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road, Durhamville, New York. Requestor, Mr. Andrew Felker of 5014 Hill Road attended the March ZBA Meeting requesting a Special Use Permit and an area variance for new construction of a 7,524sqft Bardominium located at 0000 NY Route 365. Mr. Felker is looking to purchase said parcel and would like to utilize this new structure to put his commercial store in the front of the building and have two 1 bedroom apartments in the back.
