GREENE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED SUBDIVISION Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Durham Town Board will hold a public hearing concerning a subdivision of property owned by Old MacDonald Development Group, parcel 21.00-4-35 consisting of 8 +/- acres located at Panorama Drive. Their wish is to subdivide into 3 parcels. If you have any questions or concerns on the above subdivision, please attend the public hearing. All documents related to this application are available for viewing at the Durham Town Hall. The hearing will be held at the Town Building 7309 State Route 81, East Durham, Tuesday, April 7th, 7 P.M.
