ESSEX COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Essex County New York NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Essex County Board of Supervisors will meet at the Essex County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 7751 Court Street, Elizabethtown, New York 12932, on the 6th day of April at 9:30 a.m. for the purposes of conducting a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law No.2 of 2026 entitled "Essex County Room Occupancy Tax Law continuing the imposition of a hotel/motel and short-term rental occupancy tax. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a said Public Hearing to be held at the time and place set forth above, the Essex County Board of Supervisors will consider this Local Law and hear all parties interested therein concerning the same.
