WHEREAS, these changes are being made in connection with Erie County's curb-to-curb design for Elmwood Avenue from Kenmore Avenue to Knoche Road; and




WHEREAS, the sign design and installation will be done in accordance with the Federal MUTCD and NYS Supplement.



NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said public hearing will be held on the 9th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM, local time, in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in the Village of Kenmore, NY, at which time and place the Town Board will meet and hear all persons interested in said amendment as above described; and
