Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO TOWN OF ELLICOTT COMPREHENSIVE SEWER DISTRICT A public hearing will be held on April 7, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Ellicott Town Hall, 215 South Work Street, Falconer, New York to solicit public comment upon proposed improvements to the Town of Ellicott Comprehensive Sewer District pursuant to Section 202-b of the New York State Town Law. Proposed improvements will include a sewer facilities extension along Fluvanna Avenue in the Town of Ellicott. The costs of these improvements have been estimated to not exceed $847,000. A Map and Plan describing the improvements and detailing potential cost impacts is available to be reviewed during normal business hours at the Town Clerk's office and is also available on the Town website.
