PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF FAYETTEVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Fayetteville Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Fayetteville will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 at or around 6:00pm at the Village of Fayetteville, Village Hall, 425 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, NY 13066 York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Fayetteville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 425 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
