PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Mina will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday April 9th, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Mina-Findley Lake Community Center, 2883 North Road, Findley Lake NY for Proposed Local Law #5-2026 on Enacting a Temporary Moratorium on Battery Energy Storage System Facilities. A copy of local law #5-2026 is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town of Mina Clerk’s Office 2883 North Road, Findley Lake New York and also on the Town of Mina’s website www.townofmina.gov. At such Public Hearing all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
