FLEMING ZBA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Fleming Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Offices, 2433 Dublin Road, to hear the following request: Frank McKay, 2831 Stone School Road, Tax Map #137.00-1-5.19, is requesting a northeastern side yard setback of 21 feet from the required 25 feet and a southeastern side yard setback of 23 feet from the required 25 feet (Bulk & Use Table R-2 District) for the construction of a 56’ x 50’ storage building.
