Main Street, Frewsburg, New York, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:15 PM. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider the application of: Michael Mason, 20 Maple Street, Frewsburg, New York, for an area variance to construct an in-ground swimming pool outside of the required front and side yard setbacks. Property is located at 20 Maple Street, S.B.L. # 423.05-1-13. A meeting of the Town of Carroll Ad-Hoc Zoning Committee will be held immediately following the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting to review and discuss suggested changes to the Town of Carroll Zoning Law.
