COLUMBIA COUNTY NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold a public hearing on April 14, 2026 at 7 pm regarding extension and renewal of a Cable Television Franchise Agreement between the Town of Germantown and Archtop Fiber LLC, as successor to Hilltop Communications, Inc. Written public comments may also be submitted to townboard@germantownny.org prior to the public hearing. The Town Board’s monthly meeting will directly follow the public hearing. Members of the public may attend the public hearing and meeting in person at Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 or via Zoom audio/video technology by accessing the link on the calendar on the Town’s website at germantownny.gov. A copy of the Cable Franchise Extension Agreement is available for inspection at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526, during normal business hours.
