Specific discussion will be relative to approval of the project establishing a proposed overlay water district along the Logan Road Transmission Main (slated to be installed in spring 2026 pending agency approvals) that is part of the Water District No. 1 project, which eliminates two currently planned dead-end water mains. The proposed Water District No. 2 will be along a portion of Logan Road between Mill Gully Road and Adamson Road of approximately 4,600 linear feet. The proposed Water District No. 2 will serve approximately 6 residential and commercial properties. The remaining parcels are vacant or within an agricultural district. This proposed Water District No. 2 has been identified as a special use district, required by Town Law, therefore the cost of receiving this benefit is borne solely by the property owners in that specific area identified as proposed Water District No. 2 and would be assigned no debt as there is no capital construction required.
