LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF HAMBURG PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Hamburg Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Village Hall, 100 Main Street, Hamburg, New York 14075 regarding the following: Application by Andrew Romanowski, AAR Holdings, for a proposed Minor Subdivision of Land as per Chapter 207 of the Hamburg Village Code. Zoning District Traditional Village Residential (TVR). The Code of the Village of Hamburg thereof: Section §207-3C(3) “Before the Commission will approve the final [subdivision] plat, it will hold a public hearing.” Subject premises is known as 424 Pleasant Avenue, S.B.L. 195.08-3-6. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at such hearing all persons interested in the subject matter of any of the foregoing matters will have an opportunity to be heard.
