Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Kiantone at the Town Hall, 1521 Peck Settlement Road, Jamestown, New York on the 9th day of April, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. regarding the adoption of Local Law #1 for 2026 to amend the zoning law to add Section 649 to regulate the construction of Battery Energy Storage Systems within the town. Any resident of the Town of Kiantone is entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law at such public hearing. Copies of the proposed local law are available for review at the Town of Kiantone Clerk’s Office, 1521 Peck Settlement Road, Jamestown, New York.
