Applicant/Owner: Community Services for Every 1 Property Address: 110 Lorelee Dr The applicant is seeking to install a heat pump condenser unit in the side yard where prohibited by the regulation. 2. Applicant/Owner: John Stevens for Tonawanda Storage Prop LLC Property Address: 2250 Military Road (Previously Tabled) The applicant is seeking to subdivide a commercial parcel in the Mixed-Use Industrial district into two separate parcels.
