GENESEE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Town of LeRoy Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of James Barsaloux for an area Variance for an addition to a nonconforming structure. The R-1 zone has a front yard requirement of 100’, the pre–Existing Farm market has a front yard of 40’ the proposed addition of a 13’ front porch would reduce the front yard to 27’. The proposed action would require a 73’ variance. Said hearing will be held on 24 March 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 48 Main Street, LeRoy NY.
