FRANKLIN COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in the Personnel Department’s 3rd Floor Conference Room, Courthouse, Malone, NY, on April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.The hearing will address proposed amendments to the Franklin County Civil Service Rules text and appendices. Copies of the proposed changes are available for review during regular business hours. All members of the public are welcome to attend and have the opportunity to provide written or oral comments. If you are unable to attend, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Personnel Department, 355 W. Main Street, Suite 316-A, Malone, NY 12953, no later than April 7, 2026.
