PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF MARCELLUS PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Marcellus at the Town Hall, 22 East Main Street, Marcellus, New York on Monday April 6, 2026 at 6:30 PM on the following matter: The appeal of Paul Martini of Section 235 Attachment 1 of the Marcellus Zoning Ordinance for a variance for the construction of a two (2) story accessory building in a Residential-1 zone at 4668 Howlett Hill Road, Marcellus.
