TOWN OF WALLKILL PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF WALLKILL PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 15 day of April, 2026, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of The Moc Group, LLC for Site Plan and 5 Lot Subdivision Permit approval under Sections 209 and 249-40 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate 5 Single family homes on the premises located at 57 Hubbard Rd, which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town’s Tax Maps as Section 6 of Block 1, Tax Lot 24.23. All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place. The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comment during the public hearing.
