NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF ITALY COUNTY OF YATES Proposed Local Law To Establish Regulations Pertaining To Short-Term Rental Facilities within the Town of Italy. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing by the Town Board of the Town of Italy County of Yates, State of New York, will be held at the Town Hall, 6060 Italy Valley Road, Naples, New York 14512 on the 14th day of April, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. upon the proposed Local Law. The effect will be to establish regulations pertaining to short-term rental facilities within the Town of Italy. The Town Hall is in compliance with accessibility standards of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Any person with a handicap wishing to attend and/or be heard at the public hearing should contact the Town Clerk’s Office (585) 374 5035 at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the public hearing to request any special needs. All persons interested in this proposed Local Law will be heard by the Town Board at the Public Hearing to be held as stated above. A copy of the proposed Local Law may be examined at the Town Clerk’s Office at 6060 Italy Valley Rd., Naples, NY, during regular business hours. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office by US mail at 6060 Italy Valley Road, Naples, NY 14512. Comments must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 14th, 2026.
