CITY OF ONEIDA PLANNING COMMISSION & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Oneida Planning Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 109 North Main Street, Oneida, New York, to consider the following application: 200 Genesee Street - Conditional Use Permit Tax Map #: 38.57-1-6.3 Zoning District: Commercial (C) The applicant, David Stirpe, on behalf of Say I Do Events LLC, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow operation of a take-out restaurant within the existing commercial building located at 200 Genesee Street. The property is owned by David Labrecque. The proposed use is classified as "Restaurants, take-out” pursuant to Chapter 190 (Zoning) of the City of Oneida Code and requires approval of a Conditional Use Permit in the Commercial (C) Zoning District.
