WYOMING COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Covington PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Covington will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Covington Town Hall located at 584 Perry Rd Pavilion, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by by and between the Town of Covington and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk's office, 584 Perry Rd. Pavilion, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
