NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals at the Pembroke Town Hall, 1145 Main Road in said Town on the 18th of March 2026 at 7:00pm.




On the petition of Brian Alexander, 1660 Indian Falls Rd., TM# 12.-1-67 and 12.-1-66.21, Town of Pembroke. Applicant is requesting a frontage area variance for the construction of a new house.
