Meeting Notice TOWN OF RANDOLPH LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Randolph Zoning Board of Appeals will hold two public hearings, Thursday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Randolph Municipal Building, 72 Main St. Randolph, NY 14772 to consider the following request(s): 7:00 p.m.: A special use permit for construction of a 40’ by 72’ pole barn and high tensile fence for housing equipment and a limited number of livestock at parcel 70.079-1-28.3 located behind 13 Messinger Rd. Immediately following: A special use permit to operate a professional towing and roadside assistance service at 87 Main St., parcel 70.072-2-22 Notice is further given that all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard for or against the foregoing request at the time and place mentioned.
