TOWN OF RICHLAND PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board for the Town of Richland will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on the 14th day of April, 2026, at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse located at 1 Bridge Street the Town of Richland, to consider proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2026, a local law amending Local Law No. 1 of 2018, the Town Zoning Law, to amend and replace Section 532 – Travel Trailer Park, Campground and Campsite Area Standards, and to repeal Local Law 1 of 2026, a six month moratorium on applications and/or construction of Recreational Vehicle Developments and Campgrounds in the Town of Richland. All interested parties will be heard at the public hearing.
