An application will be reviewed for a minor subdivision of land per Town of Hanover Land Subdivision Regulations, Article III, Sections 1 and 2, Article V, Section 2, and Article VI, dated December 13, 1971. Said Planning Board will consider the application of Wendy Douglas for a minor subdivision of property at 115 Versailles Road, Silver Creek, NY. This property is officially designated as part of SBL #68.00-1-23. Zoned: A-1 Agricultural & Residential, Silver Creek, New York. All opinions will be heard.
