COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS TOWN OF STOCKPORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stockport will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Stockport Town Hall, to consider the following applications: Case #01-26 – Application of Mark Stephenson – Area Variance. Applicant is proposing a shared driveway for a 2-lot subdivision due to no lot frontage on property at 1121 Route 9, Stockport, NY. The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Planning Board, Stockport Town Hall, 2787 Atlantic Avenue, Stottville, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
