TOWN OF SHELDON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to the Town of Sheldon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sheldon Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Sheldon Town Hall located at 1380 Centerline Road, Strykersville, New York 14145, to consider the following: An application made by Boxler Maple, LLC for an area variance. The property is located at 2369 Route 20A, Strykersville; SBL No.: 57.-2-46.1.The variance requested is for the allowance of the pond in regards to distance from structures and property lines. A copy of the application for area variance are available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
