NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing on 2026-27 Tentative Budget PURSUANT TO Section 5-508(3) of the Village Law, the tentative 2026-26 Village Budget has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Office, 425 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, New York, where it may be inspected by any interested parties between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, by appointment only. Said tentative budget includes maximum compensation for the Mayor of $18,000.00 per annum, Deputy Mayor $7,250 per annum and for the Trustees of $6,250.00 per annum. A public hearing on the Tentative Budget will be held at the Village of Fayetteville Municipal Building, 425 East Genesee Street Fayetteville, NY 13066 on April 13, 2026 at or after 6:00 pm to consider same before final adoption.
