MASSENA NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Pursuant to Section 5-508 of the Village Law, the 2026-2027 Tentative Budget for the Village of Massena has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Office, Town Hall Building, Massena, New York, where it may be inspected by any interested parties between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Said Tentative Budget includes maximum compensation for the Mayor of $17,000 per annum and for the Trustees of $6,000 each per annum.
