PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor will hold a Public Hearing on April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider adoption of the proposed budget for the Village’s General Fund and Sewer Fund for the fiscal year June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027. The compensation proposed to be paid to the Mayor and Board of Trustees is as follows: Mayor 1 @ $26,000 = $26,000 Deputy Mayor 1 @ $15,000 = $15,000 Trustees 3 @ $12,000 = $36,000 A copy of the tentative budget in greater detail, is available online at www.sagharborny.gov and at the office of the Clerk for inspection by any interested persons during business hours. At the time and place of the public hearing all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Policy of Non-discrimination on the basis of Handicapped Status. The Village of Sag Harbor does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities. Dee Yardley, Handicap Coordinator, has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in section 51.55 of the revenue sharing regulations.
